"The COOL LIFT"™

The COOL LIFT is a minimally invasive, laser facelift done under local anesthesia. It takes approximately one hour to perform, 90 minutes if you include the neck.

The COOL LIFT™ combines the benefits of internal laser lipolysis and skin tightening by using a tiny laser fiber under the skin, a minimal amount of skin resection to add to the tightening, and suspension sutures to tighten the deep tissues of the mid face and neck. It combines multiple elements that have had varying degrees of success as stand alone, minimally invasive procedures, but Dr. Boss has brought them together efficiently and safely to obtain reproducible results. Post-operative downtime is usually 5-7 days before one can return to their usual activities. Dr. Boss has been performing the COOL LIFT™ for the past 24 months on patients in their early forties to early seventies. He is also a physician educator for this patent pending procedure.

Was there a specific need you saw for such a procedure?

Developing innovative procedures like the COOL LIFT™ has been a hallmark of my practice for more than two decades. I saw the public's demand for noninvasive or minimally invasive procedures. As a clinician, I recognized that noninvasive procedures often mean nonresults. Trying to develope a procedure that gives results that you can count on inspired the COOL LIFT™.
