Cool Lift™

The COOL LIFT™ combines the benefits of internal laser lipolysis and skin tightening by using a tiny laser fiber under the skin, a minimal amount of skin resection to add to the tightening, and suspension sutures to tighten the deep tissues of the mid face and neck. It combines multiple elements that have had varying degrees of success as stand alone, minimally invasive procedures, bringing them together efficiently and safely to obtain reproducible results. Post-operative downtime is usually 5-7 days before one can return to work with minimal bruising or discomfort. Dr. Boss has been performing the COOL LIFT™ for the past eighteen months on patients in their early forties to early seventies. He is also a physician educator for this patent pending procedure.

Was there a specific need you saw for such a procedure?

Developing innovative procedures like the COOL LIFT™ has been a hallmark of my practice for more than two decades. I saw the public's demand for noninvasive or minimally invasive procedures.
